A dear family member passed away unexpectedly while visiting in Alaska. Tom at the Anchorage location provided prompt, compassionate, professional and courteous attentions as he guided us through the decisions and forms and options necessary for both transportation out of the state and final viewing requests. At a difficult time, Tom did his best to ease our burden and went out of his way to offer help and explain procedure. We are very satisfied with our choice of funeral home especially since we were strangers in a strange city. Thank you.
